Lerner and Gisepie Chapter 12

Online tutoring in this chapter was basically the main focus. In my class I do not get a lot of people emailing me with questions most of the time I get people in person but what I did deduce from the chapter is that emailing the students about expectations can be the most important thing in this chapter. This will help with students showing up prepared for the meeting with a completed draft and questions instead of showing up with blank paper.
