This chapter in Hellen Kellers life relates to what we have been talking about for the entire semester. You can not learn before you appreciate it. I relate this to the narratives because we could not learnt write before we appreciated it. In my narrative I hated writing and reading until I was shown that it is not that bad. Hellen Keller had far less opportunities and she could appreciate learning. After reading this it almost gives you a sense of amazement. The ted talks also relate to this. The power of yet hellen wasn’t ready to learn YET, but in time she understood and understood the power of learning.
